Newgate University Minna has an e-learning platform (NUeL) that provides 24/7 access to all NUM’s teaching and learning activities to students and staff. The NUeL is powered by Moodle. An e-Campus account is created for all students studying at the University, and each student will be automatically added to each course and module in which the student is enrolled in. However, students will require a device that connects to the internet and access to some form of web browser (Goggle Chrome or Firefox). Some courses may have more requirements such as software or other hardware.

Faculty make use of NUeL to upload key course or module information – including lecture handouts, presentations, reading lists, links to online learning resources, assessments and provide real-time interactions. On many programme courses, students will be required to submit their assignment work via the e-learning platform. The platform can also be used as a communication channel between staff and students.

The NUeL is closed to the general public and only accessible to staff and registered students of NUM.
